PositionSummary:

Deliversand picks up parts and equipment. Assists Parts Counter personnel.

PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities:

• Picks up and delivers parts to customers, other Company locations, and vendors.
• Checks with the Parts Manager or counter personnel before leaving for anylast-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Verifies payments for invoices on deliveries.
• Reconciles invoices against purchases orders for pick-ups.
• Maintains parts vehicle. Notifies manager of any repairs or maintenancerequired.
• Assists with stocking and posting received orders to expedite delivery to shoppersonnel or retail accounts.
• Delivers bank deposit and mail for office staff daily. Picks up mail eachmorning.
• Represents Quality Truck Care Center in a professional manner, remainingfriendly and courteous in all customer and co-worker interactions.
• Weekly office cleaning performed in cooperation with the rest of the officestaff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

RequiredQualifications:

•  Valid /Clean Wisconsin Driver’sLicense. REQUIRED
• Parts (auto or truck) or delivery experience preferred.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Strong general math skills.
• Abilityto communicate with others verbally (telephone and in person) and in writtencommunication methods (handwritten and electronic correspondence)
