Quality Towing and Service Center is a small business.

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Towing Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating 30 Ton Heavy Wreckers and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to read and interpret manuals and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating a variety of heavy wreckers and equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy wrecker in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Follow safety protocols when operating.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all CDL Logs.
• Performs daily maintenance checks and reports malfunctions to management/mechanics.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete Bill of Lading (Tow Ticket).
• Work throughout assigned shift.
• Acknowledge and carry out written/oral instructions by supervisor.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Delivers vehicles/equipment in accordance with customers instructions in a timely manner.
• Ensures wrecker vehicles are clean and in good working condition.
• Returns appropriate paperwork.
• Always assist in maintaining a neat and clean workplace.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tow truck driving or other related fields is a MUST
• Class A CDL Required
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
