Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Responsibilities: - Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive - Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Assist guests with their food selection and answer any questions they may have - Ensure that the breakfast area is stocked with fresh food, beverages, and supplies throughout the service period - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and cleaning equipment - Monitor food levels and replenish as needed to ensure a consistent supply for guests - Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety of our guests - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any guest concerns or requests Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques is a plus - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently If you are passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
