FT DAYLIGHT CARPENTER/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• 40 hours per week (Overtime Available)
• $17.00 - $28.00 PLUS Benefits - Salary requirements to be discussed and dependent on experience.

Experienced Maintenance Tech with Carpentry and Management skills pertaining to building maintenance helpful (i.e. painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry drywall, etc.).

REQUIRES a Clear Background as well as Valid Driver's License and Dependable Transportation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 Years Experience in Building Maintenance & Carpentry
• Electrical ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
• Plumbing ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
• Carpentry ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (framing, drywall)
• Painting ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (interior and exterior)
• Other attributes such as work history are taken into consideration as well
• MUST pass background clearance
• MUST have reliable transportation to and from QSI Office
• MUST have Valid Driver’s License
