Chemical Operator, Second shift

Physical Requirements

Position has a lifting requirement of up to 50 lbs. from the knees and waist. Must have adequate eye sight in order to self inspect and describe reactions. Ascend and Descend stairs and navigate chemical processing line, safely.

Primary Responsibilities / Duties

Controls equipment systems that process chemical substances into specified products(Boric, Sulfuric, Chromic anodize, Etc).

Move control settings to make necessary adjustments on equipment units affecting speeds of chemical reactions, quality, or yields as directed by supervisor and written procedures.

Record operating data, such as process conditions, test results, or instrument readings.

Load and unload raw materials, intermediates, and finished products into and out of process equipment.

Assists in the development of quality procedures, processing, and quality enhancements.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday-thursday
• 3:45 PM-1:45 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
