Residential Director

Plan, direct, and oversee general operations of Residential services and programs. Individuals exercises discretion and independent judgment in decision-making and supervision of Residential staff.

• Ensure all programs and services comply with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements to protect the health and safety of staff and clients in all CILAs.

• Maintain familiarity with industry best practice standards/trends and adjust operations accordingly.

• Review and manage departmental spending.

• Act as a liaison to the following: other IDD providers, government entities, client families/guardians, behavior management consultants, etc.

• Lead Nursing staff regarding Residential client medical needs and approval of care.

• Facilitate effective communication across all departments.

• Coordinate the support of Behavior Management consultants and aid in securing new Behavior Management consultants as needed.

• Maintain QIDP status and serve as a QIDP if the need arises.

• Bachelor's degree and QIDP qualified.

• Two years of related experience in Social Services, including supervisory experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
