Quality Manufacturing Corporation, a fast-paced metal fabrication company located in Urbandale, is looking to hire Electrostatic Painters on second shift. Painters are responsible for the priming and painting of a high volume of metal fabricated parts. The Industrial Painter will be hanging and painting parts within the production area, previous automotive or industrial equipment painting experience is preferred.

Hours for this position will be Monday - Friday, 5:00am-3:30pm and 3:00pm - 1:30am with mandatory OT

$2.00/hr shift differential for second shift

Requirements

· Previous manufacturing experience required

· Previous experience with automotive, electrostatic and/or industrial paint experience, paint prep work; sanding, washing parts preferred

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be dependable and reliable

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently

· Ability to stand for long periods of time 10-12hrs per day

Responsibilities and Duties

Painters are responsible for using an electrostatic paint system to prime and paint a wide range of metal parts.
