Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and orders
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately identify and locate the correct parts for customers
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery
- Process orders through the dealership's order management system and accurately perform data entry tasks

- Be part of the on call rotation to provide 24 hour emergency parts and serivce
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure efficient parts inventory management
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department

- Pickup and delivery of parts, or supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience in a parts specialist role or similar position is preferred
- Strong knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and their applications
- Experience working in a dealership environment is highly desirable
- Proficient in using computer systems for order management and data entry

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in identifying, locating, and ordering parts
