Personal Care Aide (PCA) Opportunity at Quality Life Services
Quality Life Services in Johnstown, PA is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to work as a Personal Care Aide. As a Personal Care Aide, you will be working in our Personal Care location and have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older adults. PCAs will be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.
A high school diploma or GED is required
Personal Care Aides have the option to get FREE Med Tech training! Earn a promotion and more money through our Med Tech classes and training!
Here is what a day in the life of a Personal Care Aide looks like:
- Assisting residents with ADL’s as needed
- Passing medications
- Shower/bath residents as scheduled or needed
- Make resident beds
- Charting as needed
- Providing resident activities as scheduled
- Communicate any concerns with next shift or PC Administrator
- Identify all safety hazards and emergency situations
