Quality Life Services is Hiring a Personal Care Aide (PCA) Near Grove, PA
Quality Life Services is seeking a Personal Care Aide who is ready for a challenge and wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. As a Personal Care Aide you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.
This is an entry level position. All training is provided at the facility and there is potential for additional training provided by the company with an increase in wages. Hourly rates start at $15.15/hr!
We are currently hiring for two afternoon and two midnight shifts per week.
Essential Functions include but not limited to:
- Assisting residents with ADL’s as needed
- Passing medications
- Shower/bath residents as scheduled or needed
- Make resident beds
- Charting as needed
- Providing resident activities as scheduled
- Communicate any concerns with next shift or PC Administrator
- Identify all safety hazards and emergency situations
