Responsibilities

• Set up trays and food service carts accurately and timely
• Serve and bus trays
• Pour and cover beverages
• Assist cook in preparing meals
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary
• Assist in the proper care, use, and cleaning of kitchen equipment
