We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and trends.
