Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing and replacing equipment, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Supervise and provide leadership to a team of maintenance technicians.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
