Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure smooth operations. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and checking pool equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using welding or other techniques
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors or other maintenance personnel when necessary

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of logic controllers, electrical systems, and schematics
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate the work of others
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts using welding or other techniques
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
