Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of assigned guest rooms
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish room supplies promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of bathrooms, including all fixtures
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness
• Polish furniture and fixtures, paying attention to detail
• Dispose of trash and replace garbage bags as needed
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
• Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols

Experience:

• Preferred experience in hotel housekeeping or similar custodial roles
• Knowledge of effective industrial cleaning methods is advantageous
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills, displaying professionalism and warmth
