BASIC FUNCTION : Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Maintains the physical hotel property and grounds. Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance tasks in a manner responsive to guest satisfaction and to preservation of Company assets in a safe, cost- effective manner. Summary

* Maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded.

* Respond to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping within 15 minutes * Parking lot and grounds will be patrolled on a continuous basis throughout the day (minimum of two times per day).

*Ensure Public areas are clean and presentable for guests

* Pool chemical testing must be completed a minimum of twice a day

* Emergency lighting is to be checked a minimum of once a week

*Other duties assigned as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.81 - $21.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
