Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Proficient in computer systems and software (e.g., reservation systems)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
