Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing machinery, equipment, and systems; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventive maintenance
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track progress, and maintain accurate records
-Effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and techniques
- Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
