Director of Operations

Company Overview: QualityGuardMSO DBA Specialist MD LCP is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional services with a focus on driving patient encounters and quality care in the urgent care sector. At QualityGuardMSO DBA Specialist MD LCP, our overarching goal is to leverage our provider infrastructure and network, combined with QualityGuardMSO DBA Specialist MD LCP Patient Interaction (PI) specialties, to deliver exceptional service to patients in need, ultimately increasing patient encounters through a generally untapped market for urgent care in California. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals who have been affected by personal injuries, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to achieve optimal recovery and well-being.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As the Director of Operations at Quality Guard you will play a pivotal role in collaborating directly with our parent company to streamline operations, optimize processes, and drive strategic initiatives aimed at furthering our mission of delivering exceptional patient care. Reporting directly to the Partner of the company, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency of our business needs while maintaining a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:

- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance patient encounters, improve service delivery, and drive overall performance.

2. Operational Oversight:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of urgent care facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

- Implement operational best practices to optimize efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

3. Collaboration with Parent Company:

- Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and the parent company, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals.

- Coordinate with the parent company to leverage resources, share best practices, and implement standardized processes across locations.

4. Quality Assurance and Patient Care:

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in patient care and service delivery.

- Implement quality assurance initiatives to ensure high standards of care, patient safety, and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with clinical teams to identify opportunities for enhancing clinical workflows and patient experiences.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to develop a high-performing operational team.

- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to drive professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, consulting, or healthcare administration, preferably within the healthcare sector.

- Demonstrated track record of success in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and organizational growth.

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

- Master's degree in management, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
