Quality Fleet Service is also a full service, parts, and warranty repair center, specializing in forestry machinery, utility equipment, as well as light and heavy trucks. We are the area’s leading authorized repair facility for CAT, Kubota, Perkins, Kohler, Isuzu, Deutz, Cummins, and Scania diesel engines. We are seeking a skilled Parts Manager to join our Brockton team. The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed
- Coordinate with vendors to procure parts in a timely manner
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers and staff
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions
- Handle customer inquiries and issues regarding parts
- Supervise parts department staff and provide training as needed
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in data entry related to parts management
- Experience working in a dealership setting preferred
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
- Skills in equipment repair
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Understanding of logistics and inventory management
- Mechanical knowledge for identifying and sourcing correct parts
