Position Title : Heavy Equipment Lube Technician

Location : Naples, FL

Job Category : Field Employee

Salary Interval : Hourly

Quality Enterprises is looking for a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician to join our team. The Heavy Equipment Lube Technician performs preventative maintenance, diagnosis, and small repairs on company equipment and heavy machinery in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Perform preventative maintenance on all heavy equipment, such as : oil changes per OEM guidelines and inspection of fluid levels (fuel, grease, oil and lubrication.)
  • Obtain oil samples from equipment, drain, and replace oil on equipment and machinery.
  • Examine equipment and attachments for wear, breakage, and malfunctions.
  • Maintain lube truck for peak operation and ensure that it meets all safety and compliance criteria.
  • Perform duties and operate equipment in strict compliance with all safety, DOT, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Some travel required

Required Skills :

  • Working knowledge of engine, power train, electrical, and hydraulic systems required.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly.

Education, Experience, Licenses, & Certifications :

  • Experience with heavy equipment maintenance including dozers, excavators, loaders, rollers, etc. required.
  • Valid CDL license with HAZMAT endorsement.
