Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our highly successful 2 office family dental practice. Our Fredericksburg location has been in operation since 2011 doing over $2.2million in production per year and Stafford location since 2015 doing over $1.5 million in production per year and growing rapidly. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide high-quality dental care to our patients and be part of a well run practice with 98.6% collections. We are a true general dental practice with a large enthusiastic patient base that is growing. We perform a wide range of services from Cosmetic dentistry, to TMJ, Sleep Apnea, Orthodontics, Implants, sedation and everything in between. We have a highly trained, effective, and motivated staff, as well as a full service dental lab on site with a technician with over 35 year’s experience. There is the possibility for a full or part time position with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown placements

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Fuse practice management software

- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry techniques and technologies

- Comply with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy

Experience:

- 2 years of experience as a licensed dentist is preferred but not required

- Proficiency in electronic dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Fuse

- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, medical terminology, and anatomy

- Familiarity with iTero/CEREC systems for digital dentistry is a plus

- Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide exceptional patient care

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Team Player with a humble teachable heart)

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
