Job Overview:
We are seeking a Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscaping tasks to maintain outdoor spaces and enhance curb appeal.

• Responsibilities:
• Assist in the construction of landscape structures such as patios, retaining walls, fences, paths, and garden beds.
• Transport building materials using hands, shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, and machines.
• Help with site preparation and clean-up.
• Perform hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Requirements:
• Previous experience in hardscaping, construction, or landscaping or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to perform high intensity physical labor including lifting and repetitive motions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• A respectful attitude toward authority.
• Preferred Skills
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in executing tasks to ensure quality workmanship.
• Soil Management: Knowledge of soil types and proper soil preparation techniques.
• Equipment Operation: Skill in operating landscaping tools and machinery, such as hand tools, power tools, power equipment.
• Heavy Machinery Operation: Experience with equipment like Bobcats and excavators.
• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other crew members.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors.
