We are looking for Plant Operators/Pumpers to work in the Laredo, TX area. This is for an 8&6 schedule with 10 hour days. Candidates will need to live local to the Laredo, TX area as no housing will be provided.

• 3 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry, preferably as an Operator or Mechanic
• Amine experience is a Must
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude is a plus
• Glycol experience is a plus
• Monitor and maintain assigned production and treating equipment
• Repair or assist in repairing pumps and equipment on location
• Make adjustment to process equipment based on gas composition, weather conditions, and flow rates
• Identify/Assess issues and process upsets, provide potential solutions, procuring parts if necessary, and plan/carry-out the work required to resolve issues
• Conduct thorough plant inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
• Communicate daily status to customer representatives
