Quality Clinicians Staffing is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Department Near Lancaster, NH

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical/Surgical Department team. As an RN, you will provide exceptional medical care to patients, utilizing your skills and expertise in accordance with the nursing process. If you're enthusiastic about patient-centered care and a collaborative work environment, we encourage you to apply.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years CURRENT experience required
- Meditech EMR experience preferred
- BLS, PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization) required
- ACLS preferred
- BSN preferred, ADN/ASN accepted
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process
- Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments
- Monitor patients' physical parameters and respond to observations requiring immediate nursing intervention
- Assist physicians and other personnel with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning
- Adhere to patient rights, confidentiality, privacy, and legal requirements
- Communicate pertinent data and problems to physicians and other health personnel
- Maintain a clean and safe environment with adherence to standard precautions
- Perform technical skills as outlined in nursing standards
