Essential Functions

Coordinates internal resources (shop and terminal) and third party vendors for the execution of

equipment repair and maintenance* Ensures all equipment repairs and / or routine maintenance is scheduled, tracked, and properly

documented* Review vehicle inspection reports* Creates repair and purchase orders and procures parts using maintenance management

software (TMT) under the direction of the shop manager* Maintains and updates inventory and reconciles discrepancies.* Performs quarterly inventories* Answers phones and copies, scans, and emails vehicle maintenance files as necessary* Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, preferred

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (Competencies)

• Be able to read and understand English
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use computer and related software programs to accomplish assigned tasks
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance

instructions, and procedure manuals* Be able to sit for prolonged periods of time* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point, a plus.
