Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Document patient information and medical history accurately and thoroughly
- Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to assess and communicate patient conditions
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Maintain and update medical records in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience in a nursing role
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation
