What you will do:
The DC SOP (Special Order Processing) team is responsible for processing all QBP’s LTL (Less than Truckload), will call, QEO (QBP Employee Orders), warehouse transfers, and specialty account orders (may be site specific). You will work closely with other members of the department to ensure daily deadlines are met.
SOP is also one of the few customer-facing DC positions. You will work with Transportation, Customer Service, and the Sales teams to provide world-class service. With all the unique orders and warehouse transfers, this position requires employees to think on their feet and offers a lot of variety in daily tasks.
