Qualified Staffing is Hiring a Warehouse IT Support Technician (SL630942227) Near Lawrenceville, GA
Do you have IT Support experience? Are you ready to take your career to the next level?
Qualified Staffing is currently in search of an experienced Warehouse IT Support Technician for a distribution company in Lawrenceville, GA! This is a full-time, temp to perm position!
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-$24, based on experience
JOB DUTIES:
- Install, configure, maintain, deploy and troubleshoot network, desktop, laptop and computer systems.
- Perform routine ticket management and escalations to solve network problems.
- Develop understanding of applications and infrastructure within the warehouse.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure sense of urgency is applied to needs.
- Accurately troubleshoot and document issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Problem solve and prioritize tasks.
- Manage stress depending on tasks.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Detail minded and organized.
- Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
