In addition toe the responsibilities listed below-Your job details is the ability to be able to Design the foundations of FEMA : setting up projects, writing suppliers, building risk based thinking

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous self-training: Concepts, Logic, Methodology, Tool (software), Team Management
• Continuous training, facilitation, and support of the multi-functional groups regarding FMEA methodology and tools including structural analysis, analysis functional, failure analysis, risk evaluation, and optimization value
• Continuous updating of FMEA Software, Foundation FMEAs, incorporating new or changed requirements and lessons learned
• Analysis and elaboration of customer requirements in terms of FMEA methodology and its tools
• Monitoring of FMEA in all projects, assisting in FMEA presentation with the customer if needed, in house or customer office
• Promotes risk-based thinking, critical review and analysis of product and process risks, evaluates cost of quality in FMEAs and recommends when to take actions for risk reductio
• Monitoring and support of linkages among drawings, special characteristics, technical specifications, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plan, and other related documents as applicable
• Monitors and incorporates lessons learned to FMEA and follows up on read-across activities globally
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with FMEAs in the automotive sector
• 5 years quality experience in automotive manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of FMEA software
• Excellent collaborator, team-oriented, strong communication skills, integrity, pragmatic, and high emotional intelligence
• Knowledge and experience with the automotive core tools, the basic quality tools, structure problem solving and root cause analysis tools, and cost of quality as it applies to FMEA development

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, or similar technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience
