Responsibilities include:

• Direct contact with customers via phone, email, or sales counter
• Access, update, and maintain inpidual customer accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle quotes, pricing, and placement of orders
• Assist walk-ins with counter sales, pickups, and order entry
• Attend weekly meetings
• Warehouse functions as needed

Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One year of Counter Sales/Parts experience
• Rotational On-call customer support assistance
