Are you currently working in the foodservice industry? Qualified Staffing has teamed up with a new restaurant company that is seeking an experienced restaurant manager. This restaurant is a brand new, upscale yet casual full-service restaurant/bar concept in Perry, Ga. The General Manager will be responsible for all facets of FOH/BOH operations.
Qualifications Include:
- Experience operating a High Volume Restaurant
- Hiring/Training all positions
- Organization of the physical facility
- Have opened at least one full-service restaurant
- Superior customer service
- Dining room/Bar/Kitchen management
- Supervision of 4-6 mangers
- Food safety/Health code training and understanding
- Strong organizational/leadership and interpersonal skills
- Full PL responsibility
- Communication skills
- Toast POS, MS Office/Excel
The ideal candidate must have the vision to continuously upgrade service and quality. This company plans to open 5 restaurants within the next 10 years in this region.
