We are looking for candidates who following below requirements:

1. Automotive Quality Technician (with experience) - 1st Shift - 1 opening (7:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday with OT until 6:00pm or Saturdays when needed)

RESPONSIBILITIES: (MAJOR END RESULTS FOR WHICH POSITION IS ANSWERABLE)

1. Manufacturing Operations - Duties include but are not limited to:

a. Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products/services.

b. Utilize various testing methods and equipment to verify product/service specifications.

c. Maintain testing records for review.

d. Identify and document defective materials by category.

e. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and drive process improvements.

f. Validate quality documentation, including routing tickets, inspection records, and reports.

g. Provide clarification to production staff on quality standards and procedures.

h. Maintain the quality master samples.

i. Assist the marine department with quality inspections as needed.

j. Conduct quality inspections at vendor coater runs as needed.

EXPERIENCE -

Basic knowledge of Excel is required.

Manufacturing quality experience is preferred.

The hourly pay rate for this position would start at $17.25. After the 90 days evaluation, if this person proves to have successfully completed the training, the intention is to make the person a permanent employee and the pay rate will increase from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on evaluation results.
