Laminator/Machine Operator Needed - 2nd Shift
Location: Zeeland MI
Pay: 22.08/Hr
Shift: Mon-Fri 2:30p to 10:30p
Temp to Perm
Job Summary:
As a Laminator you will build panels using skins, core, frames, rails, and other components. You will also be adding adhesive to each panel per process specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build panels using skins, core, frames, rails and other components.
- Load and unload panels from press.
- Inspect and prepare press platens for next operation.
- Prepare skins core according to process specifications, PQR, Travelers, and BOM (Bill of Material).
- Read and interrupt technical drawings and schedules.
- Read work orders, apply materials, and follow instructions per the electronic data system.
- Is able to calculate pressure for operation for a given press.
- Perform testing on adhesive per process specifications.
- Inspect finished product for appearance, alignment and bonding.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to work overtime
