- Day Shift : Monday - Friday 6am-4:30 pm (Saturdays as needed)
- $20-$30
Our client is currently seeking for an experienced and driven Machine Builder to join their team. The ideal candidate will be focused, determined, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Summary:
- Responsible for fabrication and assembly of automated machinery from simple component manufacture to more complex sub-assemblies, ensuring that the equipment is built per print specifications.
- Successful candidates are those who come to the job with a work ethic to maintain high levels of quality, craftsmanship, and customer focus.
Essential Functions:
- Assemble parts or make repairs to automation, using various tools as required
- Assemble and integrate pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, conveyor and feeder systems
- Verify the correct fit and function of assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Work closely with the designer to make and document any required changes (in accordance with established procedures)
- Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators
- Able to use overhead cranes and forklifts
- Travel to customer location for service or installation
- Complete all duties and projects as assigned
- Keep work areas clean and presentable
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards
- Adhere to health and safety rules and procedures
- Available to travel and work overtime when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven self-starter
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- 5 years in a maintenance, service technician or machine builder role in an industrial manufacturing industry.
- Time management skills; able to work efficiently to meet aggressive customer schedules
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Machine assembly experience required
