Our client is looking to hire Loaders for their Calera facility. A local, family-owned and operated company with a great culture who has been in business since the 30’s! This is a Monday – Friday, 7AM – 3:30PM, position with great benefits, such as heath dental and paid vacations! There is the opportunity to be hired on full-time after 90 days. This job won’t last long. Apply today!
Shift: Monday – Friday – 7AM – 3:30PM
Pay: $14/hr (Pay will increase once hired on permanently)
Job Duties:
- Load spices into mixer based.
- Ensure correct spices and amounts are added based on recipe cards.
- Follow all food safety procedures.
- Ensure production lines stay neat and clean.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and comprehend recipe cards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Walk, stand and/or sit for 8 - 10 hours.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
