Shifts Available:

• 2nd 3pm - 11pm
• 3rd 11pm - 7am

Pay: $18 per hour

• Opportunity to earn 3 raises in your first year

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment to create finished products according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform assembly tasks, including secondary and finishing operations, to complete the manufacturing process.
• Utilize calipers and micrometers to measure and inspect parts for precision and adherence to specifications.
• Paint, rack, and package parts efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.
• Maintain a strong focus on product quality and be vigilant for any defects or deviations from standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and address any challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machine operation, assembly, or a similar production environment is a plus.
• Ability to use calipers and micrometers to measure parts accurately.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated focus on safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
