Do you have previous custodial experience? Are you looking for a permanent 1st shift full time job? Our client located in Midland, MI is looking for a Floorcare Technician. Flexible hours, start times between 5:00am-7:30am and end times between 2:00pm-6:30pm. $12-$16 hr based on experience

Responsibilities

• Operation and training of team members in the proper use of machines and chemicals
• Maintain hard surface and carpeted flooring throughout worksite
• Cleaning, buffing burnishing, striping and waxing of VCT
• Cleaning, carpeted surfaces with Extractors and or Bonnet Machines

Requirements

• Focus on safe work environment
• Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs
• Dependable transportation
• Use logical and reasoning approaches to problems
