Accounting and Human Resources Associate

Do you have experience in customer billing, vendor bill audits, collections, payroll/commissions processing and other AR, AP and HR tasks? If so, please apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process monthly billing via QuickBooks Enterprise
• Monitor customer emails and call regarding invoicing and resolve billing discrepancies
• Oversee Bill & Pay (Customer-facing billing portal)
• Ensure all items are coded correctly in Avalara sales tax reporting system
• Email out past due reminders
• Enter check, credit card, and ACH payments into QuickBooks
• Run daily payment reports from QuickBooks
• Process monthly finance charges for past due invoices
• Audit vendor invoices monthly to ensure correct pricing on both what are billed from the vendor and what are charged to the customer
• Process daily customer subscription changes and new accounts
• Process employee payroll and commissions
• Process employee new-hire forms and keep insurance forms updated
• Audit monthly insurance deductions

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Accounting
• Experience in Human Resources
• Must have good organizational skills and able to multi-task daily
