Job Responsibilities

• Customer Billing
• Balance sheet, Profit & loss cash, flow statement preparation for related companies
• Month end/year end support and general ledger activities
• Sales analysis
• Costing analysis
• Fixed asset/depreciation maintenance
• Inventory reconciliation for material billing
• Research variance and provide suggestions for improvements in billing and costing
• 1099 preparation and W-9 maintenance
• New customer credit checks

Job Expectations

• Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Normal hours of employment are flexible Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-5pm. Once established you will be required to follow a set schedule

Job Experience

• BA in accounting is required
• position requires computer skills to included Microsoft Office and other software programs required for accounting functions. DYMANIC GREAT PLAINS IS A MUST
• At least 5 years of accounting experience preferred
