• Serve as a resource to the internal IT departments on budgeting matters.
• Assist with the invoicing process, including invoice creation and follow-up communications with departments and customers.
• Organize records for department commitments including consistent structure and naming convention. Standardize and document SOPs for common processes and improvement recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc requests as needed and general support of Finance and Planning day-to-day activities including data needs, reports, access, etc.
• Analysis and maintenance of IT budget, including adjustments of budget system to reconcile errors and standard and ad hoc financial report creation.
• Regular budget audits to identify anomalous/unbalanced transactions; provides summary reporting to the Director.
• Prepare and distribute invoices as defined by company policy, meeting billing due dates – including deposit(s), change orders, and final invoices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
