We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives with the following experience.
Experienced phone agent who is adept in both customer service and sales skills.

We are an inbound sales and customer service center - Which means that customers are contacting you for help! Doing Sales means simply answering calls and helping the customer to decide what products and services they need!

What you will be doing:
Highly driven to reach the many incentives and cash bonuses we offer
Be energized and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and fun environment
Answer inbound phone calls, listen and identify a customer’s need
Set up new Customer's and add additional lines of service to existing customer needs
Ability to position products and services to prospective customers
Maintain composure in escalated situations and resolve with proper techniques
We will supply the computer for use while working with Qualfon
· High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no WIFI, Satellite or Hot spot
· Upload speed of 5 Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps
· The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
· Latency under 100ms.
· Must have available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device
What skills you will need
· GED or High School Diploma required; some college preferred
· Customer Service and Sales skills
· Prior work-at-home experience desired
· Comfortable working self-managed
· Minimum one-year previous customer service/sales experience required
· Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
· Ability to multi-task efficiently
· Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Manages emotions and maintains positive energy
· Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
