Duration: Full-time, Contract to Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift are available
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00/hr. (Depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator proficient in operating both Laser and Press Brake machinery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and a proven track record of operating these machines with precision and efficiency.
\nResponsibilities:
- Set up and operate Laser and Press Brake machinery according to job specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, specifically with Laser and Press Brake machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Must pass a criminal background check (7-year felony sex offender)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test (10 panels for recreational drugs and opiates)
- Applicants for employment must be U.S. Citizens or national, U.S. permanent residents (i.e., current Green Card holders), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
