Quail Run is seeking a Director of Nurses who is passionate for working with the elderly. Quail Run is a smaller nursing home with an average census of 55 residents. We are conveniently located in Cameron, Missouri. We are looking for a friendly and compassionate Registered Nurse with leadership and clinical skills.

As Director of Nursing you will have a rewarding opportunity to impact the lives of our long-term care residents. As the Director of Nurses we are looking for an organized, detailed orientated person, able to multi-task and communicate effectively . The ideal candidate would be able to direct staff, have a strong background in LTC, and an understanding of state regulations. Some of your responsible include daily clinicals, Risk and QAPI meetings, training nursing staff.

If you are a seasoned Director of Nursing, a Nurse Manager or an RN who possess the drive to climb the managerial ladder, we are ready to speak to you about this opportunity. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
