Responsibilities:

Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital in Phoenix is seeking a Step Down Coordinator for the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with a background in Behavioral Health to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals!

The Step Down Coordinator for the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is responsible for meeting with all eligible patients to discuss the benefits of Outpatient services as part of their continuum of care treatment.

Schedule: Full Time; Monday - Friday - 7am to 3pm or 7:30am to 3:30pm

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in mental health/behavioral science field
Minimum of two (2) years experience in psychiatric/ mental health field
