Responsibilities:
Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented Performance Improvement Director to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.
The Performance Improvement Director is responsible for assisting in the performance improvement program and activities. This position also assists in meeting the requirements of all regulatory agencies, TJC, CMS and state and federal agencies, including collecting data as required by each agency and for any corrective actions. Responsible for keeping logs of incidents and complaints and manages the process for lost patient belongings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing, social work or related behavioral health field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in quality management/improving organizational performance within an acute psychiatric treatment setting.
  • A basic knowledge of TJC, Arizona State Office of Medical Facilities Licensing, ADHS, CMS, OSHA and Patient Rights standards, and any other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
