• Full Time: Evening Shift 2P-1030P

Schedules available:

(Evening Shift) (3) M-F

NEW PAY RATES:

• LPN $31/HR RN $36/HR willing to discuss/negotiate pay rates.
• SIGN ON BONUS $6000. Start being paid out on your first paycheck. Ask for details.

Responsibilities

• Admit/Readmit/Discharge Residents
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Monitor residents' conditions
• Assist residents in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and if needed, discharge instructions

Skills

• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with nursing home regulations, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress

***Must have LPN or RN license in good standing. CPR certification will be required. We may perform your CPR Cert in-house upon hire if you do not have an active CPR certification.***

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
