Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, and elevate our brand's digital presence as well as elevate our physical branding throughout the property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, web development, and graphic design, with a focus on social media marketing, analytics, SEO, and advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Provide creative collateral for multiple departments following consistent company brand guidelines
- Create engaging content for social media channels to drive audience engagement and increase brand visibility
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels and physical presence for guest experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications:
- Associate's - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media marketing, analytics, SEM, SEO, and advertising
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation software, and social media management platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
