Exhibits Coordinator New Carrollton, MD
MUST: Experienced Exhibits Coordinator
3 years of experience working in an exhibits department Experience creating exhibit materials and manuals Creating repair lists Strong writing and documentation skills Experience providing support at conferences Creating post exhibit reports including status reports Maintaining records in an inventory system Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook Providing support to clients Tracking attendees for exhibits Comfortable moving and lifting exhibit materials and boxes 50 lbs Bachelor's Degree DUTIES: Provide support with exhibitions at national and regional conferences Track conference and exhibit logistics Provide required data for registration and exhibit management. Provide support and work with various departments to ensure that projects and exhibits are completed within deadline Put together exhibit materials Maintain records in the inventory management system Provide exhibit and conference support Assist with post-exhibit reporting Update and maintain manuals and exhibit repair list Review check lists for quality control Respond to client requests Create status reports to project staff Provide technical support Perform other duties as needed Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
