Medical Receptionist - Scheduler / Radiology
Gaithersburg, MD

MUST:
3 solid years of medical office experience
Must have Radiology Scheduling experience
Strong experience answering phones and providing customer service support
Experience scheduling procedures
Experience working in primary care a plus
Experience explaining procedures to patients
Acting as a liaison between patients and staff
Strong documentation skills
Experience in a medical call center a plus
Comfortable translating for Spanish speaking patients

DUTIES:
The duties of the medical scheduler include but are not limited to the following:
Answer phones and provide customer service support
Schedule procedures
Explain procedures to patients
Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff
Document and update patient information in EMR
